My Flippin Meet Scores Coaches Edition — Privacy Policy
My Flippin Meet Scores Coaches Edition ("the app") is made by TFSK Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, how we use it, who helps us run it, and how you can delete it. It applies to the app on iPhone, Android and the web.
Information we collect
We collect only what the app needs to work.
- Account information: your email address. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we also receive the name on that account. If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email", we receive a private relay address instead of your real email.
- Information you enter about your athletes: names, dates of birth, gender, competition levels, teams, and any notes you add.
- Competition information you enter: meets, dates, locations, seasons, scores, start values, awards, team results and goals.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or browsing activity. The app has no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.
The app is a paid download. Apple or Google handles your purchase, and we never receive your payment details.
How we use your information
We use your information only to run the app for you:
- Sign you in and keep your data tied to your account.
- Store and show your athletes, teams, seasons, meets and scores, and calculate totals, personal bests and analytics.
- Email you one-time sign-in codes.
- Answer you when you contact us.
We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles about you or your athletes. Each coach's data is visible only to that coach's account.

My Flippin Meet Scores (the parents' app) and the Coaches Edition use the same sign-in system, so one email can sign in to both. The two apps keep their data completely separate.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Children's information
The app is for coaches, who are adults. Children do not create accounts or use the app themselves, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
Coaches often enter information about athletes who are minors, such as names, birth dates and scores. If you do, you are responsible for having permission from each athlete's parent or guardian. Enter only what you need to track scores.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information is in the app without permission, email us and we will help remove it.
Security, retention and deleting your account
Your data is sent over encrypted connections. The database itself enforces that each account can see and change only its own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all of your Coaches Edition data: athletes, teams, seasons, meets, scores, awards and goals. If you don't also use the parents' app with the same email, your login is deleted too. Deleted data may remain in our providers' backups for a short time before it is erased.
You can also email us to ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. For important changes, we will also let you know in the app.
