RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Our Promise to You
At Those Flippin Stone Kids, we want you to love your order. Every item is custom-made just for you, which means we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preference — but we do stand behind the quality of everything we sell.
What We Cover:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right — no questions asked. Simply email us at admin@tfskids.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
Sizing
Because each item is made to order, we're not able to accept size exchanges. We strongly encourage you to check our size chart carefully before ordering — it's included on every product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Email us before you order and we'll help you find the right fit.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Email us at admin@tfskids.com as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.
