My Flippin Meet Scores Privacy Policy
My Flippin Meet Scores only collects what it needs to save and show your gymnasts' meet scores, and never sells your information or shows ads.
The app is made by TFSK Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers the My Flippin Meet Scores apps for iPhone and Android and its website. It explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the app, and how you can delete your information. Effective date: October 2, 2026.
Information we collect
We only collect information you type into the app or that your sign-in provider shares with us.

We do not collect your location, contacts, or payment details, and we do not use advertising or tracking tools. App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google; we never see your card information.
How we use your information
We use your information only to run the app for you.
- Sign you in, including sending one-time sign-in codes by email
- Save, show and analyze your gymnasts' scores, seasons and awards
- Answer you when you contact us for help
- Keep the app secure and fix problems
We do not sell or rent your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below. Only you can see your family's gymnasts and scores; other users cannot.

Your data may be stored on servers in the United States.
Children's privacy
The app is for parents, guardians and coaches, not for children to use on their own.
An adult creates the account and enters information about their gymnasts. We do not knowingly let children under 13 create accounts or collect information directly from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it. Parents can view, change or delete their gymnasts' information at any time in the app.
Security and how long we keep data
Your data is sent over encrypted connections, and database rules let each account see only its own records.
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your gymnasts, meets, scores and photos right away. Copies in our providers' backups are removed on their normal schedule. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can see, change or delete your information yourself, at any time.
- View and edit: everything you entered is in the app, and you can change it there.
- Delete your account: open Account → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your account and all your gymnasts, meets, scores and photos.
- Ask us: email us (below) to request a copy of your data or deletion if you can't use the app.
Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have extra rights, such as knowing what we collect and asking us to delete it. We honor those requests and will not treat you differently for making them. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
